Processing and Shipping

Orders are not processed until after payment has been received. After you have submitted an acceptable form of payment, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed. Processing can take 3-7 business days, because all product is ALWAYS made to order and thoroughly cleaning the moss is lengthy part of the process.  The kitchen is open on *WEEKENDS ONLY*.

Orders are shipped every Monday and Tuesday at the beginning of every week. Shipping will take 2-5 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
