Processing

Due to the organic nature of wildcrafted moss, "WE ONLY SHIP SEAMOSS GEL ON MONDAYS". Orders are not processed until after payment has been received. Order processing can take 3-7 business days, because all product is ALWAYS made to order and thoroughly cleaning the moss is a lengthy part of the process.  

-So this means if you order on Tuesday you will have to wait at least 7 days before your order is shipped.

Shipping

Due to the limitations of our current capabilities, "WE ONLY SHIP SEAMOSS GEL ON MONDAYS". Orders go out every Monday and Tuesday at the beginning of every week. Shipping will take 2-5 business days once your order has been processed and you will receive tracking information via email.
